A free AI form builder turns a sentence like "booking form for my salon" into a working draft. Qwenvo does this at no cost and without a card. The draft still needs a quick check before customers see it, so this guide gives you two prompts to copy (booking and order) and the fixes to make by hand.
How to build a form from a prompt
Qwenvo is a free form builder that our team makes. Open a new form and you'll see an empty-form screen with a box where you describe what you want. Type your prompt there. If you're already inside a form, press Ctrl J to open Ask Qwenvo and ask for changes in the same way.
Good prompts have four parts:
- What the form is for. "Order form for a home baker in Pune."
- The questions, in the order you want them. Name, phone, product, date.
- Your real choices and prices. List the services or products exactly as you sell them.
- Any rule. "Ask for an address only if they pick delivery."
If you already have a price list in a Word file, PDF or screenshot, you can import it instead. Qwenvo also reads Word, PDF, CSV, Markdown and plain text. See the import help page for the formats.
A prompt for a booking form
Here is a prompt for a salon, copied as I'd type it:
Booking form for a hair salon. Ask for name, WhatsApp number, service (haircut, hair color, facial, bridal trial), preferred date, preferred time, and notes. Show a stylist dropdown only if they choose haircut. Ask if they are a first-time customer.
AI drafts vary, so read yours line by line. These are the fixes I'd expect to make:
- Phone field. Make sure the WhatsApp question uses the Phone number block, not a short text box. It keeps the answer clean.
- Date and time. The form collects a request. It does not know your hours or which chairs are free. Put your opening hours and closed days in the intro text, and tell customers you'll confirm on WhatsApp.
- Services. Check the list matches what you sell, and add the duration or price in each option if people ask about it.
- Email. If the drraft makes email required, switch it to optional. Many customers would rather give a phone number.
- Notes. Keep this as a long answer so people can describe what they want.
Qwenvo has no built-in scheduling. If you need live slots that disappear once booked, embed Calendly inside the form witth the Embed anything block, or use a tool built for that.
A prompt for an order form
A home baker's version might read:
Order form for a home baker in Pune. Customer picks cake or brownie box, flavor, and quantity. Brownie box is ₹850, 1 kg cake is ₹1,400. Ask for pickup date and whether it's pickup or delivery. If delivery, ask for the address. Show the total.
Check these by hand:
- Prices. Read every number in the draft against your own price list. AI sometimes rounds or guesses.
- Total. The total should come from a calculated field that multiplies price by quantity. If the draft just shows text, add a calculated field.
- Delivery address. It should appear only after someone picks delivery. If it shows for everyone, add conditional logic from the question's menu.
- Lead time. If you need two days' notice, say so near the date question.
- Order cap. Open Settings and use "close after a number of responses" so you stop taking orders when your oven is full.
On payments, be careful. The Payment block takes money through PayPal checkout only, and Qwenvo keeps 1% on top of PayPal's own fee. Tally is cheaper for payments becuase it adds no fee on top of Stripe. If your customers pay by UPI or cash, skip the Payment block and confirm payment on WhatsApp.

Settings to change after the draft
The AI builds the questions. It does not set up what happens next. Spend two minutes in the form's Settings drawer:
| Setting | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Email notifications | Sends you a message for every submission |
| Confirmation email | Sends the customer a copy of what they sent |
| Prevent duplicate submissions | Stops one person sending the same request repeatedly |
| Close on a date | Shuts the form after a deadline, like a festival order cutoff |
| Redirect on completion | Sends people to page after they submit |
| Language | Switches the form to one of 45+ languages |
Then open the Customize panel to add your logo and colors. The Qwenvo badge can be switched off in Settings, and that is free too.
Share it where your customers already are
Most of your customers find you on WhatsApp, Instagram or Google. Copy the public link from the Share tab and paste it into your WhatsApp status, your Instagram bio and your Google Business Profile. You can set a link preview image and title so the link looks good when you send it.
If you want a QR code for the shop counter, paste the link into any QR generator. Qwenvo doesn't make QR codes itself. If you'd like the link to say forms.yourbusiness.com instead of qwenvo.com, you can add a custom domain for free, as long as it's a subdomain.
One caution if you work in Hindi, Arabic or other scripts: the on-screen form and CSV or XLSX exports handle them, but the per-submission PDF can't draw some scripts such as Devanagari and Arabic. For a record of those orders, export a spreadsheet instead.
Other free options
Tally has a free AI assistant for building forms, and its free plan allows unlimited forms and submissions. Its Pro plan costs $29 a month and holds features like branding removal, custom domains and partial submissions. On Qwenvo those are free, so check which side of that line you'll need. Tally is hosted in Europe, and Qwenvo is hosted in the United States, which may matter if you handle customer data from Europe.
Google Forms is free with a Google account and fine for a simple enquiry form, though it has no built-in payments and limited design. File uploads need respondents to sign in with Google, which can put customers off.
Two honest limits on Qwenvo: it launched in October 2026, so there are few reviews yet, and there is no mobile app. Your forms work fine in a phone browser, but you build and edit best from a laptop.

Questions owners ask
Do I have to pay to use the AI?
No. Qwenvo costs $0 with every feature on, no card and no trial. A fair use policy applies to very high volume (around 50,000 submissions a month), at which point the team contacts you.
Can the AI read my existing price list?
Yes, if you import it. Qwenvo accepts Word, PDF, CSV, Markdown, plain text and screenshots. Check every price after import, because the AI can misread a blurry photo.
Will the AI get my form right the first time?
It gets the structure riight most of the time, but you know your business, so read it once as a customer would. Fill it in yourself on your phone before you share the link.
Can the AI help with the replies, not just the form?
Yes. Qwenvo's AI triage gives each submission a category, prioity, summary and a suggested reply. You can set rules to email urgent ones to up to five addresses. A monthly AI usage allowance applies per account.
Next step
Open the empty-form screen, paste the booking or order prompt above, swap in your own services and prices, and fill in the finished form on your phone. Fix anything that looks wrong, then paste the link into your WhatsApp status.
