ThoroughBread is a grab-and-go bake shop at 1709 Bluebonnet Lane in Zilker, Austin. It is known for large cookies, including banana Nutella, PB and J, and chocolate chip, which can sell out, so arriving early helps.
The shop also bakes sourdough loaves and serves breakfast items such as a brisket and egg kolache and an egg and avocado burridough. There is no seating and parking is limited to a few spots out front. Hours are 8 am to 6 pm weekdays and 8 am to 2 pm on weekends.
