Salt Traders Coastal Cooking is a seafood restaurant, oyster bar and cocktail bar on S MoPac Expy in Westlake. The feel is cool, classy and laid-back, and families are welcome.
Guests recommend the gulf oysters, clam chowder, ceviche tostadas, wood-fired salmon, gumbo, scallop nigiri, salmon crudo and fish and chips, with starters like smoked fish dip and guacamole. Servers take time to walk guests through the menu. We are open daily from 11 am.
