Kerlaches is a food truck in a food truck park on South 1st Street, making homemade kolaches with soft dough and flavorful fillings. Brisket and cheddar is a favorite, alongside jalapeño sausage and a vegetarian spinach and feta option.
Orders come out quickly, and boxes to go get small thoughtful touches on top of each kolache so you can tell the fillings apart. The truck is open Thursday and Friday mornings and through early afternoon on weekends.
