The Crepe Lab is a cafe on the South I-35 frontage road in Round Rock, focused on crepes made fresh to order. Savory options like the Chicken Pesto sit next to sweet ones such as Lemon Sugar and Sweet Belgian.
The menu also includes waffles, chocolate croffles, pasta, coffee and a few vegan and vegetarian dishes. We also cater. Hours are 8 am to 8 pm most days, with later closing at 10 pm on Friday and Saturday.
