Coffee Enlightenment at 115 Sundance Pkwy roasts its beans in-house and brews them several ways, including pour over, siphon and Chemex. Espresso drinks come out strong and hot, and the Americano is a quiet favorite.
The menu also features a cardamom latte sweetened with raw honey, matcha, tea and cakes. Guests describe a friendly, knowledgeable team and a relaxed look. We are open 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.
