Eggman Breakfast Sandwiches is a breakfast and brunch spot on Airport Boulevard, set in a park alongside other food trucks. The Bodega Classic is the sandwich most people come for, with soft bread, crispy bacon and just the right amount of the original sauce.
There is a shaded seating area, coffee, hash browns and freshly squeezed orange juice. Weekend brunch gets busy, so plan a little extra time. Open 7 am to 1:30 pm, every day except Tuesday.
