Neon Belly Coffee and Bakery is hard to miss: a bright pink building on Burnet Road with a vibrant interior that feels modern and retro at once. Inside, baristas pull espresso, brew careful pour-overs from single-origin beans like Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and make lattes in less common flavors such as rose and ginger.
There is a strong matcha selection, baked treats, free WiFi, shaded outdoor seating and plenty of parking, which makes it a comfortable place to work. Open daily 7 am to 6 pm.
