The Old Bakery and Emporium sits on Congress Avenue just south of the Texas Capitol. The restored building keeps its original brickwork and a large historic oven on display, and today it houses a shop of handmade work by local artists.
Upstairs you will find a historical gallery and an art gallery with rotating exhibits. Visitors also stop for tourist information. The building has an accessible entrance, an elevator and public restrooms.
